Montreal: Corus Entertainment executive board chair Heather Shaw and president and ceo John Cassaday were guests of honor at the New York Stock Exchange Wednesday, May 10, when the Toronto-based media executives led in the traditional ringing of the bell announcing the opening of trading.
Corus opened trading on the nyse May 10 at more than us$26. The company is listed under the ticker symbol cjr.
Corus is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the cjr.b symbol. Its share price has risen from less than $20 last fall to the current $39 range.
