Six weeks after Mackerel Multimedia folded, parent company Combined Media is bankrupt.
Price Waterhouse now controls the assets of Combined which includes Owl Communications.
Combined was helmed by former Alliance executive Gord Haines. Owl's Annabel Slaight could not be reached for comment on the status of the second season of Mrs. Cherrywinkle for Family Channel, slated for a late August shoot.
