Short dinos hit big screen
by: May 20, 1996 Print

How Dinosaurs Learned to Fly chronicles their true downfall - from junk food, over-partying and not enough flossing.

Directed by Munro Ferguson and produced by David Verrall and Isobel Marks, the six-minute nfb short opens for Mission Impossible May 21. Dinosaurs will be presented on 165 Famous Players screens in association with Paramount Pictures and Astral Distribution, as part of Famous' ongoing Canadian animation showcase program.

It will also be featured in the nfb's video Once Upon a Dinosaur and other tales of long ago, slated for release next month.
