RSB Video opens duplication plant
by: Sep 13, 1993 Print

Montreal: An aggressive sales and servicing policy is paying off for Montreal-based RSB Video, enabling it to open a shiny new duplication plant in suburban Toronto, according to president Stan Schwartz.

After expanding to Toronto 18 months ago, RSB has moved to a new Mississauga, Ont. location, outfitted with what Schwartz calls state-of-the-art computerized Dwight Cavendish high-end duplication machines which handle up to 2,500 units.

As one of the few national suppliers not affiliated with a broadcast outlet, Schwartz says the company has targeted "the corporate end of the business, using tight turnarounds and low prices to win new business".

rsb's Toronto operation is headed by Rod Marshall, formerly of VTR Productions, and Jeffery Lloyd, formerly with General Audio. Ron Robins is rsb's vice-president, sales.

Schwartz says rsb promoted its duplication and high-end graphics and post-production services at Focus '93, a major trade show which wrapped in Toronto, Sept. 13.
