by: Oct 3, 2008 Print

Showcase's new comedy Testees, from Blueprint Entertainment and Kenny Hotz, co-creator of Kenny vs. Spenny, is set to air on Oct. 14, arriving in Canada a few days after its debut on FX in the U.S.

The 13-episode series -- which follows the lives of two best friends who work as laboratory test subjects -- will air here on Tuesdays at 9 p.m., putting its debut between The Best Years and Trailer Park Boys.

Returning shows on Showcase this fall also include the fifth season of Kenny vs. Spenny, Mondays at 9 p.m. starting Oct. 20, followed by the third run of Rent-A-Goalie at 9:30 p.m. Kenny vs. Spenny also comes from Blueprint along with Breakthrough Films & Television, and is due to return to its U.S. home Comedy Central.
